We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. We offer 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).

If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Cancelling Orders

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time within 24 hours after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, You can cancel your order before your items delivery. And we will refund full of you money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable.
  • on sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Initiate a return/exchange: when you return or exchange the goods, please Email us at support@infinitelifeinspire.com and attach the receipt or proof of purchase. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return/exchange request.

Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because We will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 3~5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@infinitelifeinspire.com.

Please Note:

The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $6 shipping fee deducted from their refund.

Handling time is excluded in the shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Producing Time + Shipping Time

We ship Monday through Friday(GMT).

The processing time shows in the description box of the product page, because different items have characteristics difference, the preparation of goods and production time differs. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out.

Delivery Delay

Recently, there will be some delay in delivery due to force majeure. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. If you are not satisfied with the delayed delivery time, please contact us via support@infinitelifeinspire.com, and we will actively assist you in solving this problem.

Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

International Taxes and Duties 

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Flora Garden, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes. 

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@infinitelifeinspire.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. Delivered But Not Received

All of our shipments include Tracking Number with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please check around first(neighbors, family, leasing office, monitor, etc.), if still can't find it, contact us and the couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
