    Cancelling Orders

    If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time within 24 hours after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, You can cancel your order before your items delivery. And we will refund full of you money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the products.

    • All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

    Non-returnable items:

    Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

    If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

    If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

    Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

    If you haven’t received the refund within 3~5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company.     The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

    International Taxes and Duties 

    International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate.     Delivered But Not Received

    All of our shipments include Tracking Number with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please check around first(neighbors, family, leasing office, monitor, etc.), if still can't find it, contact us and the couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
